TCAA Required Documents

  1. Copy of Current Dealer’s License
  2. Copy of Sales Tax Certificate (Retail Dealers Only)
  3. Application (Must Have Federal Tax ID for Business and Owner’s Information Including Their Social Security Number And Must Be Signed By Owner/Mgr.)
  4. Individual Authorization Letter (Must Have One For Each Representative to Attend Including the Owner. Must be Signed by Representative. Must Have Social Security Number, Driver’s License Number Including Issue and Expiration Dates, and Birth Date. Please Fill In All Other Fields That Apply.)
  5. Bank Authorization Letter (Optional - ONLY if You Plan to Write Checks, Otherwise You Will Be On A Cash Only Status.)
  6. Bank Reference Letter (Optional- Must Be Filled Out By Your Bank Officer If You Plan To Write Checks, Otherwise You Will Be On a Cash Only Status. The Business Account Must Have Been Established at Least 6 Months.)
  7. Copy of Company Checks (If You Wish To Write Checks)
  8. Copy of Security Bond & Insurance Certificate
